Condo Insurance
Simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.
The outside of a condominium building is normally insured under a master insurance policy purchased by the condominium association. However; each individual unit owner is responsible for insuring the inside of their own condominium. This means everything from the drywall in, your kitchen cabinets, flooring, bathrooms, personal contents are the unit owner's reasonability. As of January 2009, the State of Florida requires all condominium owners to carry liability insurance and $2,000 loss assessment coverage on their insurance policy. The liability coverage is to pay for injuries to guests that that occur inside your unit or if you cause damage to another unit.
